How to Play Put one image into each corner of the room, the second set of that same image fold up and put into a box or bag. Tell each girl they must choose a corner to stand in. Once everyone is standing in a corner, draw one of the images from the bag. Everyone standing in that corner is out. Put that image back in bag. Then tell girls move around to a new corner or they can choose to stay where they are. Again, draw an image.
If they are standing in that corner they are out. Continue this until only one person is remaining. This is a interesting one — my older girls came up with this while cleaning the church yard where we hold our meetings. They were racking leaves and one of the girls suggested we put in parachute and throw up in air. This one I am going to recommend would be better for Juniors and up our little ones had a hard time figuring it out.
Have girls sit along the edge of the parachute with legs underneath. Then one girl on one side leans backwards while on other side they lean forward and this goes back and forth. You can also have them lean side ways and do a circular motion around circle. It took a while for the girls to get the hang of it but once they got it they really enjoyed it. This game can be played with a variety of items, beanbags, small balls, cotton balls, or anything else you want to make pop.
Then have girls shake the parachute and throw up the item in the air. As a variation to this you could play volleyball if you had two parachute groups and put one ball in middle and group works together to throw it to the other parachute.
Again this may be better for older girls. You can use jump ropes or if you have actual rubber snacks which we did you put in center of parachute , everyone must hold parachute with two hands and never let go if you do your out.
But goal is to shake the parachute to keep the snakes from biting touching you. This is a great game to help girls work as a team. Try to keep the ball rolling along the outer edge of the parachute around the circle. As the ball comes toward you, lower the edge so it passes you then raise up again. It is much more difficult then you think.
